One of my new favorite ingredients in skincare is propolis, so I thought I would love this! 🐝 I used it after cleansing in the evening and hoped for glowing and dreamily hydrated skin like after my favorite mask. But instead, I was left with a feeling of slight disappointment. It wasn't bad or caused any negative reaction on the skin. The skin didn't feel tight, but it also wasn't hydrated and wonderfully soft. I also didn't get the promised glow. It fits well on the mask and is easy to apply. A bit difficult to unfold though. There's a bit of serum left in the packaging after use that I thought I would use tomorrow ☺️ The first picture is after cleansing but before the mask, the second with the mask (you would never have known otherwise, I know) The third is after the mask but without anything else. I'm not dissatisfied, but I have other masks that I think have done more for my skin than this one. I have used this several times now to bring out my natural curls and keep them holding throughout the day. I think it both lifts my curls and keeps them all day long! 🥰 It smells good and a little spicy, but not too much! I had a really tough week at work and got the icing on the cake, a migraine today. I've been using this for about a month now. I started slowly with about once a week, then two, and now I'm up to 3 times a week. It's so lovely to use and feels great on the skin. You need quite a bit of serum for it to glide on the skin. I use cosrx peptide serum, and their snail 96 as well as Dr Ceuracles white propolis. I feel like my lines have become a bit less visible, I also use products that have helped with that. But I think this has helped a lot with that. I also see a difference in my scars from acne that have faded a bit. I think it has also moisturized and given a glow after I've used it. Became drier 🫗
I had heard so much good about this, so I was really excited to try it. I have used it after toner and before my serums and cream. I started by only using it during the day, to gradually also add it in the evening. During this period, I have only added this to my skincare routine. When I test a new product, I try to add one at a time to know what I react to if I react. After about a week, I felt that my skin felt dry after a little over an hour or two. My skin has always been more on the oily side than the dry. But I continued to use it anyway, but the problem persisted. I have used it for over a month. But I stopped using it about a week ago to see if it was the one making me dry. Since I stopped using it, my skin has started to feel more hydrated again. 💦 Unfortunately, I believe this has been the culprit in the drama 👹 Some products don't suit everyone, and even though I think this could be super for someone else, it unfortunately didn't suit me. It hasn't worked miracles, but I haven't had breakouts either. Otherwise, I have liked this concealer (in other shades), but this new light rose shade was a huge disappointment as I was actually expecting a pink concealer that I could use under my eyes to neutralize bluish dark circles. However, that was not the case for me, as the concealer was actually very orange. I had to check multiple times if I had received the right shade, and I did. The concealer can definitely be used, but unfortunately not for the purpose I expected it to be used for.
